In the newly constructed building, completed in June 2015, just 10 meters from Corovic beach, is a luxury apartment
of 52 m2 with terrace. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet, cable TV and air conditioning. Includes a separate bedroom with
a double bed measuring 200cm x 160cm and American closet, bathroom with washing machine, modern designed
kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Large living room contains a couch that can spread out into a
comfortable bed measuring 200cm x 160cm. Armchair can also spread out into bed measuring 190cm x 75cm.

Apartment 2
Apartments 1 and 2 are located in the new building, each size of 45 m2 including terrace.
Both apartments consist of bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom.
They are fully equipped, including airconditioning and cable TV. Both apartments include a
double bed and sofa that can be spread out into a comfortable bed. The dimensions of double
bed and spread out sofas are the same: 200cm x 180cm (78.74in x 70.86in). The apartment no. 2
is also furnished with two armchairs, which could also spread out into bed each. Bed linen
is changed every 5 to 7 days depending on length of stay.
The building has a garage in which one parking space is available but it must be booked in advance. Parking space is not charged (It's free).
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment (about 50m / 164ft away) there are shops, a bakery, greengrocer and pharmacies. The apartment's distance from the old town square is 400m / 1312ft, and distance from the monastery Savina is 300m / 984ft.
